The box set was recorded live—mostly in Takamatsu, Japan on 19 December —with songs taken from other shows in order to represent every song played during the group's tours of Japan, Canada and France.
The material performed is mostly from the — period, and most of it was not performed live since the s, although the songs were rearranged to suit the current line-up. Also included are some pieces from and onward, alongside new material.
The title is derived from a song of the same name that the band has been playing in concert. The set was released in two editions: a 4-disc standard edition featuring the complete concert in one Blu-ray disc and three CDs; and a 6-disc deluxe limited edition, featuring the same as the standard edition plus two DVDs with the complete concert and an expanded booklet.

The album was not commercially successful in the UK, but reached number one in Italy. It has since seen retrospective critical praise and was reissued on CD in with extra material. The songs for the album were worked out while on tour in , with further development and arranging at manager Tony Stratton-Smith's house in Crowborough, Sussex over a two-month period.

Rich Goodhart reports the tape "is a quickly made rough mix tape of the finished multi-tracks, never intended to be a master tape and shouldn't even be thought of as one. How One Way got ahold of it is a mystery to me, though I am glad they did for the alternate view.
Details on this master tape can be found in issue 3 of Proclamation magazine. The first One Way release has terrible sound quality. It is very muddy and lacks treble. Supposedly, it was not mastered from an original master tape. After complaints from listeners, One Way recalled the disc from stores, remastered the disc, and rereleased it.
